1. If you
are new to SouthPoint, take the first step at Discovering
SouthPoint where you will learn more about us and be
able to ask some questions! Also you will have an opportunity
to hear about the next steps such as Starting Point, Bible 101, and Foundations.
Discovering SouthPoint meets every third Sunday, after
the 11:00am service is concluded. Childcare and snacks are

2. Starting
Point is a conversational environment where people can
explore faith and experience community. It is designed for
seeker, starters and returners. Seekers are those who
would not call themselves Christians, but are curious about
God, Jesus, the Bible, or Christianity. Starters are
new to a relationship with Jesus Christ and are looking to
build a solid foundation for their newfound faith.
Returners are people that have some church experience, but
have been away for a while. You can sign up for the next

3. Bible 101
is another next step geared toward new believers.
If you don't know the difference between the New Testament and the
Old Testament or if you feel intimidated just opening the Bible, this
class is for you. During this eight week study you will be equipped with
various tools and tips that make reading and understanding this wonderful
ancient text a possibility. Together, we will create an open atmosphere
where everyone is encouraged to ask questions, discuss, and share.

4. The Foundations
Class is another next step geared intended for those still growing
and learning. The apostle Peter wrote in I Peter 3:15 (NIV)
"Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the
reason for the hope that you have." In this study you will be invited to
investigate eleven fundamental principles of being a follower of Christ.
Our ultimate goal is to equip each person with knowledge and resources that
